False Ceiling Installation

A false ceiling (dropped ceiling or suspended ceiling) conceals exposed ductwork, wiring, and piping while giving you a clean, modern finish. It also provides space for recessed lighting, improves acoustics, and can help with thermal insulation. In Dubai, false ceilings are standard in most apartments and villas.
What's included:
- Site survey and design consultation
- Gypsum board false ceiling — the most common choice for residential spaces
- Metal frame grid ceiling for commercial and office spaces
- PVC ceiling panels for bathrooms, kitchens, and wet areas
- Recessed lighting cut-outs and wiring coordination
- AC vent and grille integration
- Access panels for maintenance of concealed services
- Multi-level and cove lighting designs
- Skim coating, sanding, and painting to a smooth finish
- Full cleanup and waste disposal
Design options range from simple flat ceilings to multi-level designs with cove lighting, tray ceilings, and curved sections. We work from your design or help you create one based on the room's purpose, height, and existing layout.
Timeline: a single room takes 2-3 days. A full apartment typically takes 5-7 days depending on complexity. We coordinate with your electrician if separate lighting work is required, or handle the electrical integration ourselves.
All installations use moisture-resistant gypsum board in bathrooms and kitchens to prevent sagging and mold growth.
