A partition wall divides a large space into separate rooms or zones without structural alteration. In Dubai, partitions are commonly used to create a home office from a living room, add a bedroom to an open-plan apartment, or divide a commercial space for tenants. Lightweight gypsum construction means they go up fast and can be removed later without permanent damage.

A standard gypsum partition takes 1-2 days per wall. Glass partitions and soundproofed walls take slightly longer. We handle everything from frame construction to the final coat of paint.
Important for tenants: partition walls can usually be removed when you vacate without damaging the original structure. We build with clean removal in mind to protect your security deposit.
