Rodent Control

Rats and mice are a serious problem in parts of Dubai — particularly ground-floor apartments, villas with gardens, and properties near construction sites or food establishments. Rodents carry diseases, contaminate food, gnaw through wiring and pipes, and reproduce rapidly. A small problem becomes a big one within weeks.
What's included:
- Full property inspection — droppings, gnaw marks, grease trails, entry points
- Identification of rodent species (roof rat, Norway rat, house mouse) for targeted treatment
- Tamper-resistant bait stations placed at strategic locations
- Snap traps and glue boards in active runways
- Entry point sealing — gaps under doors, pipe penetrations, vent openings
- Exclusion recommendations for long-term prevention
- Dubai Municipality-approved rodenticides safe for properties with children and pets
- Follow-up visit within 7-14 days to check stations and assess results
- Ongoing monitoring plans available for persistent problems
Rodent control is not a one-visit fix. Initial treatment reduces the active population, and follow-up visits are essential to confirm elimination and address any new entry points. For villas and ground-floor properties, we recommend quarterly monitoring to prevent re-infestation.
If you are hearing scratching in walls or ceilings, finding droppings in kitchen cabinets, or noticing gnaw marks on food packaging, act immediately.
